Your Portable Bidet is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our product. If your Portable Bidet becomes defective or stops functioning properly due to a manufacturing defect within one (1) year of purchase, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical or functional failure under normal use

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Accidental damage (drops, water damage beyond intended use, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
